Since 2018, we are committed to the way people look at this skin disease and to supporting people who are affected by it. Our goal is to help people to regain self-confidence, learn to love their differences and feel beautiful.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
We partner and collaborate with the Hetrick-Martin Institute and empower young people to strive to reach their full potential and blossom confidently. In the same spirit, we are passionate about diversity. We develop all our products with a constant aim for inclusivity and work to create formulas and shade ranges that may be used by everyone.
GENDER EQUALITY
We strive to respect equal representation and diversity. 63% of our board members are women. Internally, we run a women’s empowerment and leadership development program called Elles For Ever, which has accelerated the professional development of more than 36 women within the organisation.
