We understand that plans can change, which may necessitate the rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. To help us provide the best service to all, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that any rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of your original booking payment date.
Please be aware that if the change or cancellation request is not confirmed 24 hours in advance, your SGD 50 credit for product redemption will be forfeited as a late cancellation charge. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to your scheduled service.
