2. For a cleaner application and stronger hold, spritz your brush with the Mist & Fix setting spray before dipping into the Star Lit Diamond Powder. For waterproof application, lightly wet your brush with the Aqua Seal.
Mix with Step 1 Skin Equalizer or Water Blend foundation to create a customized, sparkling finish on your skin.
